Cancellation of service

• The Guest undertakes to inform the hotel concerned in writing of any cancellation, modification or any other change to the services ordered by him/her prior to the start of the service.
• For individual bookings, cancellation without penalty is possible up to three days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in the individual agreement with the guest.
• If the Guest fails to arrive or does not cancel the reservation by the due date, the penalty will be the daily room rate.
• In the case of group orders, the cancellation conditions will be fixed at the time of the individual transaction.
• For a special period, please pay 50% of the reservation as a deposit to our bank account.
